30-Day Returns, Made Simple
Not completely happy with your order? You've got 30 days from the day it arrives to send it back. Maybe the fit wasn't spot-on, or you simply had a change of heart — either way, we've got you covered.
For a return to qualify:
- The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition you received it
- All tags and original packaging should still be attached
- You'll need proof of purchase — your order confirmation email is all we ask for
Ready to return something? Send us a quick email at info@rowenewyork.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Our team will guide you through every step.
Refunds You Can Count On
As soon as your return reaches us and passes a quick inspection, we'll process your refund within 10 business days. The amount goes straight back to your original payment method, and we'll drop you a confirmation the second it's done.
A few things to keep in mind:
- Standard shipping is on us — no restocking fees and no hidden costs
- For returns or exchanges due to a change of mind, the shipping and any customs charges are the customer's responsibility
